Our Most Recent Additions
A Home Page display such as this one, can show the most recently uploaded images, or a random group of images from your entire gallery, or just one category of your gallery.

Special Display Options
This custom display option is pulling the top eight photos from the "Great Photography Locations" album. Depending on how the sort order properties are set, any new photos uploaded to the "Great Photography Locations" album, would automatically appear in this special display.
Special display options are almost always custom Flash based components, and are not included with the FortrisGallery application. They can be added to any site on a build-to-order basis, for a small additional fee.

Welcome to Celebrity Bug Outpost
This site has been set up to demonstrate the features of our FortrisGallery application. Celebrity Bug Outpost is not an active commercial site, and has been set up to demonstrate one or more of our applications. For more information about FortrisGallery or any of out other FortrisAdmin applications, please click on the email icon at the bottom of this page.
FortrisGalley is a content management application that allows you, the site owner, to upload your own photos to your site. The online administration area is very easy to use, and no advanced knowledge of programming or web design is necessary to add photos to your site.
Because we custom program each FortrisGallery application to work with your specific site, you never have to worry about breaking the design or continuity of your pages. Any photos that you upload will be converted to the correct size, and optimized for quick viewing by your site visitors.
The RSS Feed
Our FortrisGallery application generates a newly updated XML/RSS file and places it on your server, every time a new photo is added to your gallery or if an update is made. The RSS information file is sometimes called an RSS Feed, Web Feed, or RSS Channel, and is used by site visitors, news aggregation services, and search engines to stay up to date with the most recent changes to your gallery. The RSS Feed link is usually on your main gallery page, but can also be added to your "home" page if the images in the FortrisGallery application are a primary focus of your site.
The FortrisGallery XML/RSS feed is made up of the 10 most recently uploaded entries in your gallery. Click here to look at the current XML/RSS feed for this demo version of the FortrisGallery application. The XML/RSS icon, which is also a link to the XML/RSS feed, will apear on most "Main Gallery" pages generated by the FortrisGallery applicaiton. The XML/RSS feed link can also be placed on any page in your site.
More recent browsers are able to read the XML/RSS feed directly. With certain older browsers, you may need a special viewer or plugin. Search engines really appreciate XML/RSS feeds, and if you update content daily, search engine spiders will read in your XML/RSS feed daily!
