What are SureWatch and InfoSlider?

SureWatch

This site has been set up as a demonstration of our SureWatch application. Any of the actual information on the "Seminar" page cam be customized to suit your specific needs and business type.

SureWatch, is basically an application that makes "sure" someone "watches" your presentation, while also collecting any information that you may want for marketing purposes from your prospective customers. The entire demonstration takes place on our "Seminar" page, which you can try out as a site visitor, and see what the process would be like for your customers.

Here's an outline of the SureWatch process...

• Step One
  Site visitors can read an introductory paragraph which briefly outlines the activity and then decide if they would like to sign up, and begin the process. Site visitors that already have a PIN number also have a link, so that they can being watching the presentation right away.
• Step Two
  The visitors that choose to register for your presentation, will be taken to an online form. This form can be customized to collect any type and amount of information that you would like. Once finished, the site visitor will click the "register" link.
• Step Three
  At this point, you, the site administrator, will be sent a copy of all the information the user just typed in, along with a unique PIN number that they will need to begin watching the presentation. The site visitor will also automatically receive an email with their unique PIN number. In the site visitor's email, there is also a direct link to the presentation so they can simply click to it. The PIN number that is send to the site visitor is unique to that visitor, and does not expire. They can use the PIN number to watch the presentation at any time.
• Step Four
  Once the visitor types in their name and PIN number, they will be taken directly to your presentation. The presentation is presented in a Flash-based player, so that most formats of video, audio, and Powerpoint presentations can be used as the main presentation content.
• Step Five
  While the presentation is playing, the visitor can view how much time is left in the presentation, but they can not "fast forward" through it. The presentation must play completely through. If the site visitor leaves before the presentation has finished, they can use their PIN number at any time, to begin the video again.
• Step Six
  Once finished watching the presentation, your site visitor will be presented with a certificate of completion, which they may choose to print or email to themselves. The certificate of completion contains the site visitor's name and unique PIN number, the date of completion, the IP number from their internet connection, and a unique ten character serial number.
• Step Seven
  At the same time, you will also be sent a copy of your site visitor's certificate of completion with the same name, date and unique IP number, PIN number, and 10 character serial number. This information can be used to verify that your site visitor's aren't just emailing copies of the certificate of completion to each other.
• Step Eight
  Once the site visitor leaves their certificate of completion page, they must watch the presentation again, in order to receive another certificate of completion. This is why we recommend that your site visitors email a copy of the certificate to themselves, for later use. In any case however, you, the site administrator are always emailed completion information as soon as it is verified.
  
  

InfoSlider

This site has also been set up as a demonstration of our InfoSlider application. Any of the actual information on the "Seminar" page can be customized to suit your specific needs and business type.

InfoSlider collects information from your site visitor after a qualification process, and then directs them toward additional content. In our sample site, the qualification method is a BMI Calculator. Only those with BMI scores over a certain amount will be directed to fill out a "Free Seminar" form. That form information is emailed to you, (or the site administrator), and a simultaneous email is sent to the site visitor, with a direct link back into the additional content, so they do not have to fill out the form or go through the qualification process again, to view the additional content.
